Now that the weather is so nice (most of the time anyways) we're back to our old ways of going to the zoo all the time! It's seriously the best deal in town, you can buy the zoo pass for a decent price (REALLY decent for us considering my Mom and Dad buy 
it..wink wink) and then you can go whenever and how often you like for free (and that includes our aquarium too)! It's such great entertainment for the kiddos and it's just plain nice to be outside and walking around. These are some pics from the last couple times we went. The picture of the tulips is pretty 
random but I just love them and they were in full bloom last time at the zoo so I had to take a picture. :) There's also a pic of Rylee with her Grandpa petting the llama (or whatever that thing is). It took some coaxing to get her close to it, but once 
she saw other people petting it she was interested in it. We also made it in time to see them feed the seals and Rylee and Caden were soooo into it! They loved watching them bark and dive around for the fish. We love going to the zoo!

OOOHHH I miss the Zoo! What a great deal to have such a great zoo close by! And friends to go with. We are hoping to visit the zoo in DC in May. Kallyn told me the other day that she just really misses the "quarmien" (translates to Aquarium) and seeing all the peacocks and monkeys at the zoo. I've been trying to make it up to her by going on bug hunts. That's pretty much all we have out here for now. But---NO MORE SNOW!!!!! Except for the few mounds that haven't completely melted yet!
